I've always loved photographs, at least as far back as I can remember... my favorite memories are from days spent with my Grandmother taking pictures with her 110 film camera and pouring through old family albums, while listening to the stories behind each image. I've believed from an early age that there are only two things in life that are irreplaceable: people and photographs.
I was a budding photographer from a very young age. You could always find me at family gatherings pointing a camera at anyone who would stand still long enough!
I'm a member of Professional Photographers of America, Wedding & Portrait Photographers International and Professional Photographers of Iowa.
One of my many joys in life is meeting new people and experiencing the majestic beauty of our planet. I spend most of my time shooting weddings, portraits, western stock images, and special events. I also stay busy attending workshops and seminars on photography to help me stay up to date on the latest happenings in the industry.
In my free time I enjoy creating images of wide open spaces, When I'm not taking pictures, you'll find me traveling the far corners of the US and the World!
