Thanks for checking out my site! My goal is make bold and vibrant images that bring out the warmth and personality of my clients. I've been photographing professionally since 2007. I remember taking photographs with a 110 film camera my grandmother gave me as a child and after I purchased my first DSLR FILM camera in college, I realized my love for creating images. Since then, photography has been a passion for me.
Regardless of what I'm photographing or who I'm photographing it for, it's important to me that my client is thrilled with their images and feels that the photos represent them in the best possible light. Making a photo is a personal experience. That's why I do what it takes to make sure that my clients' personalities or the essence and feel of a conference or event shine through in each image—whether it's a portrait, business headshot, conference, seminar, family photo, or commercial shot, every image is a vibrant representation.
A little more about me: I'm a Farm Girl, born and raised. I grew up on my parent's ranch in South Dakota, before moving to the Black Hills to attend undergraduate school in Rapid City. My love of adventure and meeting new people brought me to Southern Arizona, where I'm currently living and loving it in between trips back and forth to the Midwest. Before shooting professionally full-time, I spent nine years working for a Fortune 500 Corporation as a high-level analyst. That work wasn't doing it for me so I decided to dive out of the rat race in 2010 and haven't looked back.
Outside of photography, I love traveling, anything to do with horses and the beach. I work mostly on location but have a studio available for an additional charge if needed. I'm always excited to talk about your photographic needs and love working with new people. If you want to talk about your vision or discuss pricing, send me a note through the contact form and let's get started.
